Services - Maintenance & Enhancements
  • Our standard Software Maintenance & Enhancement program provides 24/7/365 coverage
  • There will always be a staff member to answer your call. We do not have an automated answering service and we do not charge a fee for support calls.
  • Friday updates are provided under the standard maintenance & enhancement program. We average 30-36 system enhancements during any fiscal year of operations. These upgrades cover program fixes, new government regulation requirements, and customized programs(s) that clients have requested.

Hardware Maintenance options include three levels of support:

  1. On-Site parts replacements Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  2. On-Site parts replacement 7 days week, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  3. Complete Host Server replacement in 48 hours in case of catastrophic disaster. This option also includes On-Site parts replacement, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
